Take Note

Hello there every1!

I hope every1 has obtained their copy of the timetable for Repro and Renal which I have handed out earlier today. I left the box of timetables in Audi B in case any1 still needs one but if its "out of stock" i'm afraid you will have to resort to photostating or printing it out. :) As for selectives, remember to hand in your form in the SELECTIVES pigeon hole at AAD, ASAP as it is first come first serve. And do take note that the bus schedule for clinic visits have been uploaded on the Idrive. :)

The bus timetable can be found in this folder:

Location: /NetStorage/DriveI@CALLAB/TIMETABLE & NOTICES/MEDICAL SCIENCES/SEMESTER 4/M109/2. Reproductive & Renal

Buddy Service

Hello fellow batchmates!

It seems to have all happened so quickly right? 3 semesters just flashing by. Well we are now in sem 4 and being seniors it's great to have a chance to help out the juniors just as our seniors helped us out when we were in sem 1. Thus, Giana will be collecting names of those people from out batch that are interested in the buddy system - signing up will then gift you with 4-5 sem1s that you can basically be a good senior to and a good friend. The meet and greet will be organized 2 weeks from now, but still signing up will take place next MONDAY, 27th SEPTEMBER 2010 so that she can sort out the name lists.

Thanks guys! :)

PTPTN - Delay in Payment

DELAY IN PAYMENT

Dear Students,

There is a delay in payment from PTPTN for this semester. This has been relayed to the Finance Dept.

Batch reps, please compile the list of students in your batch who are affected by this delay for the payment of your tuition fees and pass them to the Finance Dept (to Pn Juliana) so that the Finance Dept can take note of those who are affected.

According to PTPTN, they will only start to process for payment at the end of September which means that you will only be getting your money latest by mid October 2010. Our sincere apologies for all the inconveniences caused.

Thank you.
